No matter what is here
What you feel
What is around you
What is inside of you
You cannot be more than what you already are.
All that you hate
All that you want and can’t have right now
All your efforts to be something you’re not right now
All your attention to what you’re not right now
All your regrets
All your sorrows
All your yesterday’s and all your tomorrow’s
All of your hopes and dreams that make you sad
All your irritations that make you mad
They all come from the effort to be what you’re not
You are what you are right now no more no less
then what you already are.
There is no point trying to be what you’re not right now.
Looking at what you don’t have.
Because right now you can only
see what you do have.
You can only taste what you do have.
You can only touch what you do have.
You can only hear what is right now.
You can only know something if you understand it right now.
You can only smell what is in front of you.
You are in a state of “having” right now.
Surrender to whatever you’re right now.
Because you don’t have a choice.
Because there is no point.
There is no point to feel bad about what you are
or what you are not.
You are just you.
Surrender to the fact that you are what you are right now.
And there is nothing that you can do this second to be different in this now.
Surrender to every feeling you have.
Because it is now and there is nothing you can do about it being in the now.
Surrender to every physical state and mental thought that is right now.
Because it is already here and you cannot do anything about it now.
So if you’re mad, be mad
And if you’re sad, be sad
Just don’t beat yourself over it
Because you see there is no point.
All the feelings that are here there’s
Nothing to do about them
Accept surrender to them.
Surrender to the pain
Surrender to whatever already is right now
Don’t fight it
There’s no point
It’s already happening
You’re just adding fuel to the fire
By judging, denying, escaping, victimizing, yourself
It will all pass as soon as you understand that there is no point for you fighting whatever you’re feeling.
All you can do about whatever is already happening right now is observe.
Observing not by trying to figure things out.
Observing just by being with whatever there is.
Surrender to the fact that you:
Already know what you need to know for this moment to pass.
Already have everything you need in order to be in this moment.
All there’s left to do is to be compassionate and loving towards yourself. For whatever is happening to you right now.
And that isn’t so bad, is it?
