Our instincts direct us to search our minds for inspiration. But when our thoughts come up with nothing that leads us to conclude that we've reached the end of the road. The more time we spend being stuck, the more we become convinced in our self-diagnosed problem. But how do we break free from that? How we can detach from this state of being stuck?

At some point or another, we all depend on someone to love us, appreciate us, spend time with us. How else would we know that we are good unless we are judged by someone else's standards? Later adopting these standards as our own and secretly judging ourselves, our past, our future, our present, in our thoughts
We surround ourselves with obligations, contracts, promises that we're afraid to break. What others would think, would I be able to survive or ask for help if I change? Questions of this sort scare us from even beginning thinking about change. Things like pride, status, disappointing others, scare us and we do not dare to explore why. Declaring instant defeat to fear. We'll do anything not to feel vulnerable. Otherwise, the image that we've created might crumble and nothing will remain of us.
What does it mean to be home? What do we consider as a home? Where is home? Some will say - Home is where the heart is. But for most, that's just a metaphorical saying. Being inside owns heart has many interpretations. Our search for a home begins from the moment that we can sense danger, but not necessarily the kind that can physically hurt us.
At one point or another, we are all tricked into following what we fear and not what we want. Only few dare to follow their desires all in without looking back. You can't fake going all the way. Those that try are continuously looking back to check up with their fears. Managing fear is time and emotion consuming. People can't operate being afraid all the time. Fear limits our freedom and creativity. Even those that work the jobs they hate are committed to doing so fearlessly.
The disapproval that we feel towards ourselves or others is often followed by a forceful attempt to accept what is for the sake of feeling better or preserving peace. Even though we might disagree with our parents, partners, friends, children, we often will choose not to engage in an argument despite the way we feel.
Thinking about the day that we're no longer going to be here as sad as it may feel, it brings a sense of relief with it. Because we are finally released from judging ourselves and our past. If you're no longer here, there is no one left to think about your agonizing thoughts right? No one to think about what bothers you. No one to judge the way you feel or look.
