Always On Time

The way we perceive and give meaning to time affects our lifestyle. Sometimes instead of choosing how we would like to manage our time, we let time pressure get to us and manage us. This causes an inconvenience in our lives, that takes its toll on our emotional state. Read more to get a new perspective about what time is, to release yourself from its burden.

Imagine that time has been taken away from you, you don’t have time to think about the past or the future. You don’t have time to worry or fear. You don’t have time to overthink, to prepare, to make plans. The only choice you have is being sincere at this moment, right now. Being yourself. Expressing yourself. Pleasing yourself. Loving yourself. Coming from the heart and not from the mind.

Time does not heal. You heal, with time passing you by. Don’t wait for something to happen so you can heal, choose to heal right now by allowing yourself to believe that you can be there for yourself.

Time is never wasted. All you can do is to use whatever is available and accessible for you right now. We only feel the waste of time when we regret not being sincere with ourselves about doing what we wanted to do when we had the opportunity to do it. Don’t let time pressure you by postponing your true desires for later. Prioritize being right now doing what you want.

Time is never lost. The decisions we make in retrospect may seem not so smart or efficient. When you take yourself back in time you realize that you had no choice but to make the decisions you did. The only time lost is the time you lose thinking about the lost time.

Always on time. If you prioritize what is most important to you, you will never be late again. Even when you think that you won’t make it on time, that is because you made choices that are more important to you than being on time. Choose to be on time with what matters the most. Like your heart, and the hearts of your loved ones.

Yours truly,
Boris.
