Use Your Emotions To Find Peace

sometimes when we feel heavy emotions, it seems like they pin us down, corners us, the heaviness is inescapable. However, if you think about emotions in general including the heavy emotions. Emotion is not a being of its own, it doesn't have a mind of its own, it doesn't have a purpose of its own, it doesn't have a will.

Sometimes when we feel heavy emotions it seems like they pin us down, corners us, the heaviness is inescapable.

However, if you think about emotions in general including the heavy emotions

Emotion is not a being of its own, it doesn’t have a mind of its own, it doesn’t have a purpose of its own, it doesn’t have a will.

We are the ones that give meaning and purpose to our emotions and then we find ourselves helpless facing emotions because we’re afraid of their meaning, we are afraid of the consequences of that meaning,¬†we try to stop them, fight them, control them but you cannot control something that you did not create.

Emotions are not our creation, they are simply observed and felt.

Allow yourself to be swayed away by your emotions.

Relax as your emotional wave approaches you, comes over you, passes you by, and dissolves into shore. Allow yourself to be hit by that wave without dwelling on its meaning, without lingering in thoughts about its purpose

What scares you is not the emotion that you feel, is the interpretation you give to your emotions.

What pins you down and corners you, is not the emotions that you feel, it is your conviction in the stories you tell yourself that are forming into the emotions that you feel.

Seize your all interpretations that make your life depend on what is missing from existence.

You already exist.

Notice that you exist.

Notice your stubbornness to exist right now with the things you insist on having. What is causing you to feel bad is the belief that you are missing something, that you are depending on something.

You are not missing nor depending on anything.

Breathe.

Notice that you can breathe.

Become aware of every sense in your body and notice that you are – Aware and Awake.

You are aware of your existence right now.

You are aware of your thoughts and emotions.

Let them be, allow them to be as they are.

Release your unneeded dependance on all the interpretations that you so stubornly think you need.

You don’t need to insist or to be stubborn about anything that you feel or think. Don’t fight or resist your existence, it is already effortless and perfect.
