The importance of relaxing

Understand that nothing defines you, not even your thoughts and emotions. Choose to focus all your energy on relaxing by diverting your attention to relax your body, without changing anything. You don't allow yourself to feel good because you're absorbed in fighting or disapproving of something or someone or yourself. You don't need to do that. If you think that you do this is your stubbornness talking, not you.

When you choose to relax, you decide to have faith and trust in whatever will come next.

To relax amid fear or worry is not a luxury but a necessity.

When we relax we allow ourselves to let go for that moment on focusing on Resistance.

This is when how we heal.

If you think that you can’t relax this is you simply describing the resistance you’re feeling towards your problems and emotions, wanting to fix them.  Unwilling to divert your attention from them because you believe that they define you.
