You don’t need to fix your life. It is broken only because you said so.
All of your life is contained at this moment in time.
What do you see when you look at your life at this moment.
The past is gone, the future will never come, all you have is now.
Where will you choose to be in your mind, now?
The only time to live – is now.
Get in the habit of being present throughout everything and the only way to do it is to love yourself throughout everything, what other choice do you have? Otherwise, you’ll just tire yourself to death.
Every time you distract yourself or run away from your emotions you delay your evolution and expansion of your being.
Distractions come from blaming yourself being the way you are. Notice this subtle energetic habit that you have that is always looking to look away from what doesn’t feel good.
What doesn’t feel good is the stories you tell yourself about who you are in relation to other people and circumstance.
See that every story you have about yourself or your life is true once you get involved in its description.
Feel free to let go of your attention to the need of satisfying your stories right now. Since those stories have been with you for quite a while, they are not going anywhere.
So allow yourself to relax your attention from resolving whatever is bothering you. Your problems can wait for you.
State to yourself – I’m not interested in descriptions or solutions to my problems right now I’m only interested in being.
Understand that if you choose – being, over your drive to fix or run away from something at each moment, you will become enlightened to the fact that it is you and no one else making you suffer.
